And that's where simple, 2-ingredient juice recipes come in. They're all delicious, nutritious and will get you to your glass of juice in oh, about 5 minutes. We'll drink to that!
CORN AND BROCCOLI PROTEIN JUICE
- 1 stalk of broccoli, stems and all
- 2 ears of corn, boiled for around 10 minutes and cooled
Both corn and broccoli are rich plant sources of protein so drink up when you can use a protein boost!
GREEN GRAPEFRUIT JUICE
- 1 large grapefruit
- 1 of Romaine lettuce
Lettuce is ridiculously low in calories and grapefruit is one of the best foods to boost metabolism and fat burn 🙂
CLEANSING CARROT AND BURDOCK JUICE
- 2 large carrots
- 6 inches of fresh burdock root
With this juice recipe, you get a huge whopping dose of Vitamin A and all the detoxification benefits of burdock root.
ZESTY WATERMELON JUICE
- 1.5 cups watermelon, rinds and all
- 1 lemon, peeled
