That's what I thought too when I started juicing. Yet, I was just desperate enough to give it a try.
“Health” as a general concept held little meaning for me – all I wanted was an easy way to get rid of my skin problems, stop feeling so tired throughout the day, lose my midline bulge and never suffer the pain of an ulcer again.
I’d already gone the medical route and quickly realized that many of life's most debilitating conditions - like acne, poor digestion, and the feeling of dull exhaustion that even several cups of coffee can't help - couldn't be healed with pharmaceuticals.
And so my juicing journey began, as sort of an experiment to see if I could sort out these various health issues that modern medicine seemed to have no lasting solutions for.

It’s been years now since I made my very first juice and I can proudly say juicing works.
