  1. Put the rhubarb in a pot with a heavy bottom. For each stalk of rhubarb, add about 1 cup of water and bring to a boil. Turn the heat down to a simmer, cover, and let cook for about an hour, stirring every now and then.
  2. To get rid of the rhubarb, strain the tea. While the tea is still warm, add sugar to taste.
  3. Once the tea has cooled to room temperature, put it in the fridge until it is cold.
