By far the easiest thing to do with your juice pulp is to add it to your smoothies for an extra fiber boost.
This is especially great if you’re in the habit of drinking a fresh glass of juice for a whopping load of vitamins, minerals, enzymes and phytochemicals and then whipping up a smoothie for your fill of fiber, fats and proteins.

Grab some DIY tea bags or a tea strainer, stuff ’em with some fruit (or herb) juice pulp, add in some spices like cinnamon and ginger, and soak in hot water for some instant tea!

Got leftover green juice pulp? Transform it into a hearty green soup by boiling about a 2 cups of juice pulp with 1.5 cups of vegetable broth.
Add in olive oil, salt and pepper, garlic and chives. Simmer for around 20 minutes and serve.

FREEZE IT INTO PULPSICLES
If you juice a lot of soft fruits, you already know that they tend to leave a wetter, juicier pulp – so save these and freeze them into ready-to-eat pulpsicles!
Just mix your fruit juice pulp with a little water and around 1/4 to 1/2 cup of fruit juice and then pour them into popsicle molds for preservative-, flavoring-, and processed sugar-free treats!
