Surprisingly, you don’t need a juicer like the AMZCHEF Slow Masticating Juicer to make juice. All you need is a blender and the fruits and vegetables you like best. Keep in mind that the blender will heat up a bit as it blends your veggies, so if you really want to get the most nutrients out of your food, you may want to use our juicer method below.

Choose the vegetables you like to juice the most, such as apples, carrots, leafy greens, beets, ginger, or anything else that sounds good. Give them a rough chop to make it easier for the blender to break them down. Any size between 1/2 inch and 1 inch should work fine.

Depending on how full the blender is, add between 1/2 and 1 cup of water. You can always add more water, and you probably won’t add too much, so don’t worry too much about the amount.
