CORN AND BROCCOLI PROTEIN JUICE

  • 1 stalk of broccoli, stems and all
  • 2 ears of corn, boiled for around 10 minutes and cooled

Both corn and broccoli are rich plant sources of protein so drink up when you can use a protein boost!

GREEN GRAPEFRUIT JUICE

  • 1 large grapefruit
  • 1 of Romaine lettuce

    Hi Mary, thanks for stopping by! All the recipes are juiced, although if you’ve got a powerful blender, you can easily whip up smoothies with these ingredients as well (with a few changes like steaming the sweet potatoes first).
